We have a partnership with OPCity that brings in leads daily to our agents. We also generate leads through our own Facebook Ads and other lead platforms that we pass on to our agents.
The management team is available for urgent needs around the clock. For non urgent needs, we ask that you contact us during business hours. We will always be available to help with contracts and client questions.
While a majority of our agents chose to work from home, we have an office in North Richland Hills, TX that you will have access to 24/7. You can meet clients, or just come in and work. We love to see our agents in the office.
We authorize the title companies to pay you directly at closing and funding.

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and are automatically charged to your credit card or bank account on file.
Semi-Annual payments are due on June 1st and will be automatically charged to your card or bank account on file.
Annual payments are due on January 5th and you will receive an invoice on January 1st.
Joining in the middle of the year will result in a prorated charge. All monthly payments are billed on the 1st of the month following your joining date. Semi-Annual and Annual payments are due at the time of hire.
We don't hold on to your listings like most brokerages. We hope you never leave, but if you decide to leave- you take your listings with you. If you're on a semi-annual or annual payment plan, we will refund the unused months.
No, you are free to terminate your sponsorship at anytime. We only ask that you give us a 30 day notice. We hope you never leave, however, we understand if you decide to. We will refund any unused payments on the Semi-Annual or Annual plan.
Yes, We are HUD Approved.
Yes, we require all new agents to pay a 70%/30% split on their first two transactions. You will be assigned an experienced agent to help Mentor you.
Yes! If you would like to mentor our agents, we will pay you a 15% split on their first two transactions. The only requirement to be a mentor is at least 1 year experience and 10 closed transactions.
No you are not required to come to the office. We have weekly sales meeting on Zoom or in the office. We also record all training session so you can watch them at anytime. We would love to see you in the office.
Yes! We allow you to register team names and use your own branding. Just remember your name must have Team or Group after it unless you are a sponsored LLC.
Yes, we allow you to build and grow your team.
